2. Data Collected

• Contact form: first name, last name, email, message — legal basis: legitimate interest / pre-contractual measures.
• AI Concierge: content of exchanged messages, processed via third-party infrastructure (Lovable AI Gateway / Google Gemini).
• Technical data: truncated IP address, browser type, pages visited (analytics cookies after consent).

3. Purposes

• Respond to contact and co-investment inquiries.
• Improve the site and measure audience.
• Secure the platform and prevent abuse.

4. Retention

Contact form data is retained for 3 years from the last interaction. Technical logs are kept for a maximum of 12 months. Analytics data is anonymised beyond 13 months.

5. Recipients & Processors

Data is processed internally and by contractually bound technical sub-processors: hosting (Supabase / Lovable), conversational AI (Lovable AI Gateway, Google). Some transfers outside the EU may occur, framed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Your Rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data, as well as the right to set post-mortem directives. To exercise them: dpo@quatrain.com.
